I haven't received my membership card or licence

In 2019, BASI moved away from issuing new membership cards and licences every year. We now issue one membership card for life (or until you lose it) with a QR code which links to your digital licence.

This means that your digital licence is always up to date, if you lose your card you can still access your digital licence via your members area and that we not longer have to print and send new single-use plastic cards every-time a detail on your licence changes, which helps us get closers to our goal of reducing our carbon footprint. 

You can access your digital licence in your member area by clicking on the licence tab.

If you've lost your membership card and would like a new one there is a replacement charge of £10.  You can order this in your member area.
